Information About Your Children

The Camp Management Teams are available at each camp and best placed to discuss anything you feel we may need to know to ensure your child’s welfare during camp.

Children with additional needs

If your child has any behavioural patterns, special educational needs, or disabilities that we should know about in advance, you will be asked to advise us of these as part of the booking process. Your booking will remain provisional until a member of Inclusion Team has approved it. You will be sent a form to complete, this will be contained within you Provisional Booking Confirmation, please complete and send back quickly so that it can be reviewed by our Inclusion Team. They may contact you to discuss any adjustments or additional arrangements required to ensure your child(ren) are best cared for while enjoying their camp experience. Please contact our Customer Experience Team at bookings@campbeaumont.asia with any questions you may have ahead of making your booking.

Medication at camp

If your child needs any medication administered at camp, please ensure the medication is clearly labelled and hand to a manager along with a completed Medication Authorisation Form, available to download by clicking the button below. The manager will check the form to ensure that they are clear on the instructions which will include timings and dosage.

Please note we do not have access to the schools' medical records.'

What to Wear & Bring to Camp

We recommend that all children wear named, practical clothing, and not their favourite, brand new clothes. Suitable, comfortable footwear such as training shoes is also recommended. Please refrain from flip-flops, sandals, and heelies, as they can create health and safety issues.

Please bring with you:

  • Water bottle
  • Nut-free packed lunch and snacks (only for camps that do not provide lunch and snacks)
  • Swimming costume and towel (if swimming is available at your camp)
  • Spare clothes: We recommend that all children in our Playtime Group (2.5 - 4 years) and Magic Group (5 - 7 years) bring a spare set of clothes including underwear.

Check the Weather

We run our camps all year round and in different locations in Asia, so it is essential to consider the weather policy for each specific country and ensure your child is fully prepared.

  • When hot and sunny: Sun cream, sun hat, and water bottles are essential.
  • When cold and wet: Warm clothes, waterproof coat, and water bottles are essential.

More detailed information can be found in our Welcome Packs for specific countries below. As the camp dates approach, we will send you more detailed information about the camps you have booked.

Thank you so much for having our daughter at your summer camp. She was very excited when she returned and enthusiastically showed and told us everything she did at camp. Many thanks to the whole team for looking after her, the varied and lovely programme and the nice and warm atmosphere at camp.
